Not all substance use assessments stem from a DWI. If you have been court-mandated, advised by legal counsel, or required by a probation officer or case manager to undergo an evaluation, Breathe – A Center for Wellness provides official, legally recognized clinical documentation.
Our Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist conducts evaluations entirely online via secure Zoom telehealth to review your background and clinical history without requiring an in-office visit. We regularly provide evaluations for:
