Accepted Insurance & Payment Options
To make clinical care accessible and straightforward, Breathe – A Center for Wellness is in-network with the following insurance providers for Individual Therapy sessions:

Please note: We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare at this time. If you are using out-of-network insurance, we can provide a receipt/superbill upon request for self-submission.
DWI Services, ADETS & Out-of-Pocket Fees
In accordance with North Carolina state regulations, DWI assessments, ADETS classes, and mandated substance use treatment courses are not covered by health insurance and are billed as out-of-pocket expenses.
We offer transparent pricing and flexible payment plans to ease the financial burden:

*All DWI service fees include the official electronic e508 state filing submitted directly to NC DWI Services upon completion.
